RETURNS
Since each piece of our pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If you have questions or concerns, or are buying a gift, please contact us prior to making a purchase we are more than happy to assist. If you have a problem with your piece please contact us within 7 days of your box was signed for. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to info@jessicabiales.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing.

REPAIRS
We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. If it has been less than one year since the date of purchase, we offer repairs at no cost for damage occurring during normal wear and usage. Note that we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Repairs requested after one year since the date of purchase are offered for a cost.
